Planting Fun

What we started today:

Some of the materials.

We planted a second bean plant with one of the beans from a mature pod.

I'm using a cupcake carrier to keep the seedlings organized.  I still need to plant garlic and the herbs, but other than that, we're on our way!

This is what I used.

We also planted three pots of sunflower seeds to attract the bees.  

I got these great pots at the thrift store, but they didn't have any drain holes in them.  Nothing a drill couldn't fix though.....

We usually just refer to them as "the girls" as in "Bernie and the girls".
